UTTORAN started its journey to stand with the economically poor students by different means to help them to achieve their goals. Through our different initiatives we are with the students for the last seven years. More than 400 students got benefit from this program. Now a day’s many students are perusing their higher education at different sate & national level institutes. These achievements of our brothers & sisters are the main driving force for us.
Eligibility
Students who have passed Madhyamika Examination 2024 with minimum 70% marks. This program is only for economically poor students.
Selection Process
We have limited resources. So, it is not possible to help all the applicants. For this reason a selection camp will be organized on 28.07.2024 - at Bankura Banga Vidyalaya, Machantala, Bankura.
1. Every applicant have to attend the camp along with the filled application form & required documents (original documents & one copy Xerox of each). Application form is available in our website. Visit the link: http://bankurauttoran.org/Scholarship.aspx
2. Applications will be accepted only at the venue of selection camp. Application form via post or other means will not be accepted.
3. Submission of application form followed by interview will be in “FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE” basis.
3. Candidates have to face a short time interview. Questions from his/her previous class will be asked.
4. Last examination result, Economical Condition & performance in interview are the parameters for selection.
5. Selected candidates will be contacted via call and email.
Required Documents:
1. Copy of AADHAR/Ration card as proof of identity and address.
2. Copy of Admit Card of Madhyamika Exam./School Certificate as proof of date of birth.
3. Copy of Mark sheet of last qualifying examination.
4. Copy of annual family income certificate for the current financial year issued by B.D.O or higher officer.
5. Copy of Certificate issued by competent authority in the case of differently abled students (if applicable).
6. Certificate issued by the Director/Principle/Head of the Institute (Annexure-I attached with application form).
Keep in Mind
1. Attending the selection camp does not mean confirmation of selection.
2. Our selection committee has the full right of selection. Some scholarship will be on monthly basis and some will be one time.
3. Number of scholarship will be decided depending upon number of applicants & resources of the organization.
4. Organization is not taking any fees for application. If any cyber café is demanding any extra money in the name of fees, please inform us. We will take action.
